The project combines the structural simplicity of the buildings with the variability of the architectural appearance in a generally unitary image. Building, offices and residential blocks relate with the context through the vertical elements of the wood façade that, in addition to being the functional shields of the terraces, are parts of an effective bioclimatic system.
